Fish Fillets
Lemon juice
½ Cup Parmesan cheese
¼ cup margarine
3 Tbsp. Hellman’s mayonnaise
# Tbsp. chopped green onions with tops

Place fish fillets on well greased baking pan. Brush with lemon juice. Combine remaining ingredients. Broil fish 6-8 minutes, four inches from heat source, and remove from oven. Spread cheese mixture evenly over fish and return to broiler for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
