MERMAID MARINADE FOR “BIG” FISH STEAKS THAT YOU WANT TO GRILL

¾ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
4 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground red pepper

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Arrange fish steaks in a shallow dish and pour marinade over. Cover and chill for one hour, then grill. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
