ERIC’S BACON TOPPED FISH

By December 13, 2010 Recipes No Comments

4-6 whole black sea bass ( headed, scaled and gutted)
Sliced onions
Lemon juice, salt and pepper, white wine
Bacon slices

Grease a shallow cookie sheet that has a edge on it. Spread sliced onions on the cookie sheet, then lay fish on top of onions. Season fish with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and any other herb you may like to use. Sprinkle with lemon juice and white wine, and place bacon slices over the fish. (You might want to partially cook the bacon in a microwave before placing over the fish). Bake in 350 degree oven until fish flakes easily and bacon is crisp. Serve fish with the onions and bacon. DO NOT OVERCOOK!
